David And David's Improvements is a registered LLC serving homeowners across the Verde Valley and beyond. We are a general contractor company with a few months under our belt, but we bring four years of hands-on remodeling experience to every job. We started this business because we like honest work where you can stand back at the end of the day and see exactly what you accomplished. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, big or small.

Our work runs the full range of what a home needs. On the interior side, we take on bedroom remodeling, drywall repair, and cabinet installation, along with walk-in bathroom updates that make daily life easier and safer. Outside, we build shade and shelter where you need it most, with patio cover construction in both wood and composite, plus custom carport construction sized to fit your driveway and your vehicles. We also keep fences looking sharp with fence maintenance, staining, painting, and protective sealing that stands up to the Arizona sun.

We like to keep things straightforward. Pricing is based on materials and labor, and every estimate we give is free, so you know what you are looking at before we ever pick up a tool. We accept cash, credit card, and check. To be upfront about our limits, we don't install light fixtures or provide plumbing services, so we will always point you to the right pro when a job falls outside our lane.
